A Life's Journey
Come the Tallyman
Come the Tallyman is a Noir novel that features a pork-pie-hat-wearing protagonist and a villain who stepped out of your nightmares. It is 1955. The Dodgers are the World Series Champions, and Ike has people feeling things are looking up. Someone murdered Sally Powers, the wife of industrialist Grayson Powers, in her home. It is a horrible crime that has left the police baffled. They accuse everyone––her husband, his mistress, her former boyfriend, and even our hero Jacob Gunn comes under suspicion.
Jacob Gunn is a former WWII Bomber Pilot and Tuskegee Airman, a college-educated veteran with a quick right hand, a tenacious work ethic, and a mesmerizing smile, which he uses in fierce loyalty to his clients. His nemesis, Danny Noble, is an ex-cop who would knife you in the back just as soon as look at you.

Homeroom
“Homeroom” is a one-act play featuring Edith Clarke, a history teacher at S. Todd Barber High School. Who murders her vice-principles, because they don’t measure up to her standards.
Preston's Imagination
Preston Reed is the main character in my ten-minute play, “Preston’s Imagination.” He is a bright child that uses a unique ability to get his way.
Is a short play about the Devil meeting his match in a little Baptist church.
The Devil You Say

In "The Darker Shadow," a grandfather witnesses the police abusing his grandson. He has no choice but to grab his shotgun and attempt to change their minds.
Butter. Hank Wright-Taylor loves toast and butter, lots and lots of butter. His wife Claire Moss, not so much. “The Last Smear” is a ten-minute play about a power couple’s breakdown over breakfast.

The Last Smear
Goodbye, Momma
“Goodbye, Momma.” is a short play about a comatose woman’s last hours, her children, and dealing with end-of-life issues.

Men can starve from a lack of
self-realization as much as they
can from a lack of bread.
